Nutrition & Agriculture
It is now well accepted that the over cultivation of land and the use of synthetic fertilizers has depleted the nutrition in the soil and this has resulted in excessively poor nutritional values in our food supply today. The resulting consequences are a very high incidence of chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, enlarged prostate, hormone imbalance, etc.
Those who have accepted this today as an unavoidable fact of life have resorted to the use of supplements to correct their blood reports, in a bid to live a long and healthy life free of chronic diseases. The question therefore arises, if there is a natural method to correct the nutritional deficiencies in our soil, so that we need not be compelled to take supplements to survive in this period of time that our generation has to live through.
